वर्षाणि त्रीणि सपदा त्वेकेन मनसा स्मरन् । जगतां मातरं दध्यौ नासाग्रस्तिमितेक्षणः

ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಅವನು ಏಕಾಗ್ರ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಸ್ಥಿರ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳಿಂದ ಇದ್ದನು. ನಾಸಾಗ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಚಲ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ನೆಟ್ಟು ಜಗನ್ಮಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಧ್ಯಾನಿಸಿದನು.
