लोगश उवाच स तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय तया समभवन्मुनि: । समये समशीलिन्या श्रद्धावाउ्छुद्दधधानया,लोमशजी कहते हैं--राजन्! तब “तथास्तु” कहकर श्रद्धालु महात्मा अगस्त्यने समान शील-स्वभाववाली श्रद्धालु पत्नी लोपामुद्राके साथ यथासमय समागम किया
Lomaśa uvāca: sa tatheti pratijñāya tayā samabhavan muniḥ | samaye samaśīlinyā śraddhāvatyā chuddadhānayā ||
ಲೋಮಶನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ರಾಜನೇ! ಆಗ ‘ತಥಾಸ್ತು’ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಮಹಾಮುನಿಯು ಯಥಾಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ, ತನ್ನಂತೆಯೇ ಶೀಲಸ್ವಭಾವ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾವಂತಿಯಾದ ಪತ್ನಿ ಲೋಪಾಮುದ್ರೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಯೋಗಿಸಿದನು.
