जो वेदवेत्ता और अध्यात्मशास्त्रके विद्वान् ब्राह्मण हैं, वे परमात्मा श्रीकृष्णको ही सनातन धर्मरूप बताते हैं
ye vedavettāraḥ adhyātmaśāstra-vidaḥ brāhmaṇāḥ, te paramātmānaṃ śrīkṛṣṇam eva sanātana-dharma-rūpaṃ vadanti
ಧೌಮ್ಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ವೇದವೇತ್ತರೂ ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಂಡಿತ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರೂ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮ ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣನೇ ಸನಾತನ ಧರ್ಮಸ್ವರೂಪನೆಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
