Dhaumya’s Enumeration of Eastern Tīrthas
Prācī-diś Tīrtha-kathana
ततो वैतरणीं गच्छेत् सर्वपापप्रमोचनीम् | विरजं तीर्थमासाद्य विराजति यथा शशी,तदनन्तर सब पापोंसे छुड़ानेवाली वैतरणीकी यात्रा करे। वहाँ विरजतीर्थमें जाकर स्नान करनेसे मनुष्य चन्द्रमाके समान प्रकाशित होता है
tato vaitaraṇīṃ gacchet sarvapāpapramocanīm | virajaṃ tīrtham āsādya virājati yathā śaśī ||
ಅನಂತರ ಸರ್ವಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸುವ ವೈತರಣಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಿರಜ ತೀರ್ಥವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿ ಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಚಂದ್ರನಂತೆ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ।
