अग्निष्टोमातिरात्रा भ्यां फलं विन्दति भारत | तीर्थ च सर्वदेवानां स्नात्वा भरतसत्तम
agniṣṭomātirātrābhyāṁ phalaṁ vindati bhārata | tīrthaṁ ca sarvadevānāṁ snātvā bharatasattama ||
ಓ ಭಾರತ, ಅಗ್ನಿಷ್ಟೋಮ ಮತ್ತು ಅತಿರಾತ್ರ ಎಂಬ ಎರಡೂ ಯಾಗಗಳ ಸಮಾನವಾದ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಓ ಭರತಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ, ಸರ್ವದೇವತಗಳ ತೀರ್ಥವೆಂದು ಖ್ಯಾತವಾದ ಈ ತೀರ್ಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಅದೇ ಪುಣ್ಯ ಲಭಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
