Pulastya’s Instruction
ब्रह्मादिभि: सुरै राजन्नषिभिश्न तपोधनै: । विज्ञप्तो वै महादेव ऋषेरथ नराधिप,राजन! नरेश्वर! उस समय ब्रह्मा आदि देवता तथा तपोधन महर्षिगण--सबने मंकणक मुनिके विषयमें महादेवजीसे निवेदन किया--
brahmādibhiḥ surai rājann ṛṣibhiś ca tapodhanaiḥ | vijñapto vai mahādeva ṛṣer atha narādhipa ||
ಓ ರಾಜನೇ, ಓ ನರಾಧಿಪನೇ! ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾದಿ ದೇವತೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ತಪೋಧನ ಮಹರ್ಷಿಗಳು ಆ ಋಷಿಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಮಹಾದೇವನಿಗೆ ವಿಧಿಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದರು.
