Nala’s Victory over Puṣkara in the Dice-Game
जनस्य सम्प्रहृष्टस्य नलं दृष्टवा तथा55गतम् । राजा नलने उस पूजाको विधिपूर्वक स्वीकार करके अपनी ओरसे भी श्वशुरका सेवा- सत्कार किया। तदनन्तर विदर्भनगरमें राजा नलको इस प्रकार आया देख हर्षोल्लासमें भरी हुई जनताका महान् आनन्दजनित कोलाहल होने लगा
janasya samprahṛṣṭasya nalaṃ dṛṣṭvā tathāgatam |
ಜನರು ನಲರಾಜನು ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಪರಮಾನಂದದಿಂದ ಹರ್ಷಿಸಿದರು; ವಿದರ್ಭನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾ ಆನಂದಜನಿತ ಕೋಲಾಹಲ ಎದ್ದಿತು. ನಲನು ತನ್ನಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಧಿವಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ, ತನ್ನ ಪಾಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಧರ್ಮಾನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಮಾವನಿಗೆ ಯಥೋಚಿತ ಸೇವಾ-ಸತ್ಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದನು.
