युक्त तस्याप्रमेयस्य वीर्यसत्त्ववतो मया । समाश्चासयितुं भार्या पतिदर्शनलालसाम्,राजा नलका पराक्रम और धैर्य असीम है। उनकी यह पत्नी पतिदर्शनके लिये लालायित और उत्कण्ठित है, अतः मुझे इससे मिलकर इसे आश्वासन देना चाहिये
yuktaṃ tasyāprameyasya vīryasattvavato mayā | samāśvāsayituṃ bhāryāṃ patidarśanalālasām ||
ಆ ಅಪರಿಮಿತ, ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಧೈರ್ಯಸಂಪನ್ನ ರಾಜನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ—ಪತಿದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ತವಕಿಸುವ ಅವನ ಪತ್ನಿಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಧೈರ್ಯ ತುಂಬಿ ಆಶ್ವಾಸನೆ ನೀಡುವುದು ಯುಕ್ತವೇ.

Yudhiṣṭhira reflects that it is appropriate for him to approach the great King Nala and, in particular, to meet and console Nala’s wife, who is distressed and eager to see her husband, thereby offering her assurance.
