इदमभ्यधिकं राजन ब्राह्मणा: कुरवश्च ते । समेता: कथयन्तीह मुदिता: सत्यसंधताम्,“महाराज! इसके सिवा, यह भी सुननेमें आया है कि ब्राह्मण और कुरुवंशी एकत्र होकर बड़ी प्रसन्नताके साथ आपकी सत्यप्रतिज्ञताका वर्णन करते हैं
idam abhyadhikaṃ rājan brāhmaṇāḥ kuravaś ca te | sametāḥ kathayantīha muditāḥ satyasaṃdhatām ||
ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಓ ರಾಜನೇ, ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀಗೂ ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತದೆ: ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರೂ ಕುರು ವಂಶಸ್ಥರೂ ಸೇರಿ, ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಸತ್ಯಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆಯ ದೃಢತೆಯನ್ನು ವರ್ಣಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ।
