उपेत्य चाश्रमं वीरा: सर्व एव गतकक्‍्लमा: । आरणेयं ददुस्तस्मै ब्राह्णाय तपस्विने

Transliteration

upetya cāśramaṃ vīrāḥ sarva eva gataklamāḥ | āraṇeyaṃ dadus tasmai brāhmaṇāya tapasvine ||

Translation

ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ವೀರರು ಆಶ್ರಮವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿದಾಗ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತರಾದರು. ನಂತರ ಅವರು ತಪಸ್ವಿಯಾದ ಆ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನಿಗೆ ಧರ್ಮಾನುಸಾರ ಯೋಗ್ಯ ದಾನವಾಗಿ ‘ಆರಣೇಯ’ವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.
