युधिछिर उवाच वर्षाणि द्वादशारण्ये त्रयोदशमुपस्थितम् । तत्र नो नाभिजानीयुर्वसतो मनुजा: क्वचित्
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca varṣāṇi dvādaśāraṇye trayodaśam upasthitam | tatra no nābhijānīyur vasato manujāḥ kvacit ||
ಯುಧಿಷ್ಠಿರನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ನಾವು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ಈಗ ಹದಿಮೂರನೆಯ ವರ್ಷ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲೇ ವಾಸಿಸಿದರೂ ಜನರು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಗುರುತಿಸದಂತೆ ವರವನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸು.
