कुन्त्युवाच परम॑ भगवतन्नेवं संगमिष्ये त्वया सह । यदि पुत्रो भवेदेवं यथा वदसि गोपते,कुन्ती बोली--भगवन्! गोपते! जैसा आप कहते हैं, वैसा ही पुत्र यदि मुझे प्राप्त हो तो मैं आपके साथ उत्तम रीतिसे समागम करूँगी
kunty uvāca paramaṁ bhagavan tan naivaṁ saṅgamiṣye tvayā saha | yadi putro bhaved evaṁ yathā vadasi gopate ||
ಕುಂತಿ ಹೇಳಿದಳು—ಪರಮ ಭಗವನ್, ಗೋಪತೇ! ನೀವು ಹೇಳುವಂತೆಯೇ ಅಂಥ ಪುತ್ರನು ನನಗೆ ದೊರಕಿದರೆ, ನಾನು ವಿಧಿಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಗಮಿಸಲು ಸಮ್ಮತಿಸುವೆನು।
