Transliteration

kavacena samāyuktaḥ kuṇḍalābhyāṃ ca mānada | avadhyas tvaṃ raṇe 'rīṇām iti viddhi vaco mama ||

Translation

ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಓ ಮಾನದ, ಕವಚ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಂಡಲಗಳಿಂದ ಸಮಾಯುಕ್ತನಾದರೆ, ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಶತ್ರುಗಳಿಗೂ ನೀನು ಅವಧ್ಯನಾಗಿರುವೆ—ಇದು ನನ್ನ ವಚನವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿ।
