एषां देवनिकायानां पृथक् पृथगनेकश: । भास्वन्त: कामसम्पन्ना लोकास्तेजोमया: शुभा:,मुद्गल! वहाँ देवता, साध्य, विश्वेदेव, महर्षिगण, याम, धाम, गन्धर्व तथा अप्सरा--इन सब देवसमूहोंके अलग-अलग अनेक प्रकाशमान लोक हैं, जो इच्छानुसार प्राप्त होनेवाले भोगोंसे सम्पन्न, तेजस्वी तथा मंगलकारी हैं

ಓ ಮುದ್ಗಲ! ಈ ವಿವಿಧ ದೇವನಿಕಾಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನೇಕ ಲೋಕಗಳಿವೆ; ಅವು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ—ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನ, ಇಚ್ಛಾನುಸಾರ ಲಭಿಸುವ ಭೋಗಗಳಿಂದ ಸಮೃದ್ಧ, ತೇಜೋಮಯ ಮತ್ತು ಶುಭಕರ.
देवदूत उवाच
The verse emphasizes a moral-cosmological principle: different classes of divine beings have distinct, radiant realms, suggesting an ordered universe where states of enjoyment and splendor correspond to one’s attained status and merit. It frames heavenly reward as structured and differentiated rather than uniform.
A divine messenger addresses Mudgala and describes the many separate, luminous worlds belonging to various celestial groups—Devas, Sādhyas, Viśvedevas, great seers, Yāmas, Dhāmas, Gandharvas, and Apsarases—highlighting their auspicious, desire-fulfilling enjoyments.
