Transliteration

avaśiṣṭam alpākālaṃ manvānāḥ puruṣarṣabhāḥ

Translation

ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಾಲ ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಳಿದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿದ ಆ ಪುರುಷಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠರು, ವೃಷಭಸಮಾನ ವೀರರು, ಆ ಕ್ಷಣದ ತುರ್ತುತೆಯನ್ನು ಮನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ದೃಢಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು।
