सेनाजीवैश्व कौरव्य तथा विषयवासिभि:
senājīvaiś ca kauravya tathā viṣayavāsibhiḥ
ಓ ಕೌರವ್ಯ! ಸೇನೆಯ ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯವೂ, ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಜನರ ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯವೂ ಇದನ್ನೇ ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿದೆ.
कर्ण उवाच
