देवानां दानवानां च मांसशोणितकर्दमम् | अनयो देवलोकस्य सहसैवाभ्यदृश्यत
devānāṁ dānavānāṁ ca māṁsaśoṇitakardamam | anayo devalokasya sahasaivābhyadṛśyata ||
ಮಾರ್ಕಂಡೇಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ದೇವರುಗಳೂ ದಾನವರುಗಳೂ ಸೇರಿದ ಮಾಂಸ-ಶೋಣಿತದ ಕರ್ಡಮವು ಸಹಸಾ ದೇವಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿತು.
