गच्छन्ति वसुभि: सार्ध रुद्रैश्न सह सड़ता: । उसके दाहिने भागमें विचित्र प्रकारके युद्ध करनेवाले बहुत-से देवता वसुओं तथा रुद्रोंके साथ संगठित होकर चल रहे थे
gacchanti vasubhiḥ sārdhaṁ rudraiś ca saha saṅgatāḥ |
ಮಾರ್ಕಂಡೇಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಅವರು ವಸುಗಳೊಡನೆ ಮತ್ತು ರುದ್ರರೊಡನೆ ಒಂದೇ ಸೇನೆಯಾಗಿ ಸಂಘಟಿತರಾಗಿ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಅವನ ಬಲಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಿತ್ರ ಯುದ್ಧವಿಧಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಪುಣರಾದ ಅನೇಕ ದೇವತೆಗಳು ವಸುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ರುದ್ರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು।
