Dharma-vyādha’s Analysis of Moral Decline and the Mahābhūta–Guṇa Schema (धर्मव्याधोपदेशः)
रक्षितारं च राजानं ब्राह्मणं च तपस्विनम् । अभिगम्याभिपूज्याथ सद्यः पापात् प्रमुच्यते,प्रजाकी रक्षा करनेवाले राजा और तपस्वी ब्राह्मणके पास जाकर उनकी सेवा-पूजा करके मनुष्य तत्काल सब पापोंसे मुक्त हो जाता है
rakṣitāraṃ ca rājānaṃ brāhmaṇaṃ ca tapasvinam | abhigamyābhipūjyātha sadyaḥ pāpāt pramucyate ||
ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ರಾಜನನ್ನೂ ತಪಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರನಾದ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನನ್ನೂ ಸಮೀಪಿಸಿ ಯಥಾವಿಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಪೂಜಿಸಿ ಸೇವಿಸಿದವನು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಪಾಪದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.
युधिछिर उवाच
Respectful approach and sincere honoring of two pillars of dharma—just royal protection of society and authentic ascetic-spiritual discipline—has purificatory power, freeing one from sinful taint and reorienting one toward righteous living.
Yudhiṣṭhira states a dharma-principle: one who goes to a protector-king and to an austere Brahmin and pays them due honor gains immediate release from sin, highlighting the social and spiritual authorities that sustain order and moral life.
