मैत्रेयागमनम् — The Arrival of Maitreya and the Admonition to Duryodhana
तावन्योन्यं समा श्लिष्य प्रकर्षन्तौ परस्परम् | उभावपि चकाशे ते प्रवृद्धौ वृषभाविव,वे दोनों वीर परस्पर भिड़ गये और दोनों दोनोंको खींचने लगे। दो हृष्ट-पुष्ट साँड़ोंकी भाँति परस्पर भिड़े हुए उन दोनों योद्धाओंकी बड़ी शोभा हो रही थी
tāv anyonyaṃ samāśliṣya prakarṣantau parasparam | ubhāv api cakāśe te pravṛddhau vṛṣabhāv iva ||
ಆ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಪರಸ್ಪರವನ್ನು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು, ಒಬ್ಬರನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರು ಬಲದಿಂದ ಎಳೆಯತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಬೆಳೆದ ಎರಡು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ಎತ್ತುಗಳಂತೆ ಆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಯೋಧರು ಆ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸಿದರು।
