अभिद्र॒ग्धा: परे चेन्नो न भेतव्यं परंतप । असमर्था: परे जेतुमस्मान्‌ युधि समास्थितान्‌

Transliteration

abhidragdhāḥ pare cen no na bhetavyaṃ paraṃtapa | asamarthāḥ pare jetum asmān yudhi samāsthitān, bhārata ||

Translation

ದುರ್ಯೋಧನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು— “ಪರಂತಪ! ಎದುರಾಳಿಪಕ್ಷದವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ದ್ವೇಷವಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೂ ನೀನು ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡ. ಓ ಭಾರತ, ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಲುಗಟ್ಟಿ ನಿಂತಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸಲು ಆ ಶತ್ರುಗಳು ಅಸಮರ್ಥರು.”
