Amba–Rama–Bhishma Dialogue on Vow and Refuge
यच्चापि कत्थसे राम बहुश: परिषत्सु वै । निर्जिता: क्षत्रिया लोके मयैकेनेति तच्छूणु
yaccāpi katthase rāma bahuśaḥ pariṣatsu vai | nirjitāḥ kṣatriyā loke mayaikene iti tac chṛṇu ||
ರಾಮಾ! ನೀನು ಅನೇಕ ಬಾರಿ ಜನಸಮಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಪಟ್ಟು ‘ನಾನೊಬ್ಬನೇ ಲೋಕದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕ್ಷತ್ರಿಯರನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಆ ಮಾತಿನ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಈಗ ಕೇಳು.
