Bhīṣma’s Appraisal of Kaurava Champions (भीष्मकृतः रथिनां गुणनिरूपणम्)
वैशम्पायन उवाच ततस्तत् संजयस्तस्मै सर्वमेव न्यवेदयत् । यथोक्तं कुरुवृद्धेन भीष्मेणामिततेजसा
vaiśampāyana uvāca
tatas tat sañjayas tasmai sarvam eva nyavedayat |
yathoktaṁ kuruvṛddhena bhīṣmeṇāmitatejasā ||
ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಅನಂತರ ಸಂಜಯನು, ಅಪಾರ ತೇಜಸ್ಸಿನ ಕರು ಹಿರಿಯನಾದ ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ, ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಧೃತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರನಿಗೆ ಯಥಾವತ್ತಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದನು।
