तूर्ण परिययु: सेनां कृत्स्नां कर्णस्य शासनात्‌ | आज्ञापयन्तो राज्ञश्न योग: प्रागुदयादिति,तत्पश्चात्‌ कर्णके भेजे हुए दूत बड़ी उतावलीके साथ रथों, ऊँट-ऊँटनियों तथा अत्यन्त वेगशाली अच्छे-अच्छे घोड़ोंपर सवार हो तीव्र गतिसे सम्पूर्ण सेनाओंमें गये और कर्णके आदेशके अनुसार सबको राजाकी यह आज्ञा सुनाने लगे कि कल सूर्योदयसे पहले ही युद्धके लिये तैयार हो जाना चाहिये

Transliteration

tūrṇaṃ pariyayuḥ senāṃ kṛtsnāṃ karṇasya śāsanāt | ājñāpayanto rājñaś ca yogo prāg-udayād iti ||

Translation

ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಕರ್ಣನ ಆದೇಶದಿಂದ ಅವರು ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸೇನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿ, ರಾಜನ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು—“ಸೂರ್ಯೋದಯಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನವೇ ಪಡೆಗಳು ಸಮಾವೇಶಗೊಂಡು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸನ್ನಾಹದಿಂದ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿರಲಿ.”
