Vāmadeva’s Rājadharma: Norm-Setting, Counsel, and the Prevention of Rāṣṭra-Vināśa (वामदेव-प्रोक्तं राजधर्मम्)
नैतान्येकेन शक््यानि सातत्येनानुवीक्षितुम् | तेषु सर्व प्रतिष्ठाप्य राजा भुड्धक्ते चिरं महीम्
naitāny ekena śakyāni sātatyenānuvīkṣitum | teṣu sarva-pratiṣṭhāpya rājā buddhaktyā ciraṁ mahīm ||
ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಗಮನಿಸುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದಕ್ಕೂ ಯೋಗ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿ, ವಿವೇಕದಿಂದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದರೆ, ರಾಜನು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಆಳಿ ಅನುಭವಿಸಬಲ್ಲನು.
