भवतो<र्थकृदित्येवं मयि दोषो हि तै: कृत: । विद्यते कारणं नान्यदिति मे नात्र संशय:

Transliteration

bhavato 'rthakṛd ity evaṁ mayi doṣo hi taiḥ kṛtaḥ | vidyate kāraṇaṁ nānyad iti me nātra saṁśayaḥ ||

Translation

ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದನು— “ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಹಿತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ—ಅದೇ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಆ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಭಾರೀ ದೋಷಾರೋಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಮತ್ತು ಅದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ದ್ವೇಷವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಕೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಬೇರೆ ಕಾರಣವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ—ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಶಯವಿಲ್ಲ।”
