ಈ ದೇಶದ ರಾಜನು ಜಿತೇಂದ್ರಿಯನೇ? ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅವನ ಅಂತರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿರುವ—ಅಂದರೆ ಸಮೀಪದ ಸೇವಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು—ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯಿಂದ ವಶದಲ್ಲಿದೆಯೇ?
