राज्ञोऽभिषेकः, अराजकदोषः, दण्डधारणस्य आवश्यकता

यदा निवृत्त: सर्वस्मात् कामो यो<5स्य हृदि स्थित: । तदा भवति सत्त्वस्थस्ततो ब्रह्म समश्षुते
yadā nivṛttaḥ sarvasmāt kāmo yo 'sya hṛdi sthitaḥ | tadā bhavati sattvasthaḥ tato brahma samaśnute ||
ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾಮನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾನವನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತನಾದಾಗ, ಅವನು ಶುದ್ಧ ಸತ್ತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ—ಪರಮಾತ್ಮ—ಸಾಕ್ಷಾತ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ।
