जगतत्रिन्तयन् सृष्टिं चित्रां बहुगुणोद्धवाम् । तस्य चिन्तयत: सृष्टि महानात्मगुण: स्मृत:
jagat-triṇintayan sṛṣṭiṃ citrāṃ bahu-guṇodbhavām | tasya cintayataḥ sṛṣṭiḥ mahān-ātma-guṇaḥ smṛtaḥ ||
ಬಹು ಗುಣಗಳಿಂದ ಉದ್ಭವಿಸಿದ ವಿಚಿತ್ರವಾದ ಜಗತ್ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಅವನು ಚಿಂತಿಸಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದನು. ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಚಿಂತಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ‘ಮಹತ್’ ಎಂಬ ಮಹಾತತ್ತ್ವವು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ಮರಣೆಯಾಯಿತು.
