अग्नीषोमोत्पत्तिः
Agni–Soma Origin and the Brahmāgnīṣomīya Doctrine
उदयं ज्योतिषां शश्वत् सोमादीनां करोति यः । अन्तर्देहेषु चोदानं यं वदन्ति मनीषिण:
udayaṁ jyotiṣāṁ śaśvat somādīnāṁ karoti yaḥ | antardeheṣu codānaṁ yaṁ vadanti manīṣiṇaḥ ||
ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಯನು ಸದಾ ಸೋಮಾದಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿಷ್ಯಗಳ ಉದಯವನ್ನುಂಟುಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೋ, ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳು ದೇಹದೊಳಗಿನ ‘ಉದಾನ’ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಾಣಪ್ರವಾಹವೆಂದು ಯಾರನ್ನು ವರ್ಣಿಸುತ್ತಾರೋ—ಅದೇ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಊರ್ಧ್ವಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಳುವ ಮಹಾವಾಯು; ಅಂತರಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಖಗೋಳಕ್ರಮದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಂಧಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ.
