जजड़माजडूमं चैव प्रहृष्टमभभवज्जगत् | वायुने सब प्रकारके दिव्य पुष्पोंकी वर्षा की। चर और अचर सारा संसार हर्षसे खिल उठा
jaḍam ajaḍaṁ caiva prahṛṣṭam abhavad jagat | vāyunā sarvaprakāreṇa divya-puṣpāṇāṁ varṣā kṛtā | caraṁ cācaraṁ ca sarvaṁ saṁsāraṁ harṣeṇa vikasitam abhavat |
ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದನು— ಆಗ ಜಡವೂ ಅಜಡವೂ ಆದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜಗತ್ತು ಹರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಫುಲ್ಲವಾಯಿತು. ವಾಯುವು ನಾನಾವಿಧ ದಿವ್ಯಪುಷ್ಪಗಳ ವೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸಿತು; ಚರಾಚರವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಆನಂದದಿಂದ ಅರಳಿತು।
