Saṃhāra-krama (The Sequence of Cosmic Dissolution) — Yājñavalkya’s Discourse
तद्धज्जातबलो योगी दीप्ततेजा महाबल: । अन्तकाल इवादित्य: कृत्स्नं संशोषयेज्जगत्
taddhajjātabalo yogī dīptatejā mahābalaḥ | antakāla ivādityaḥ kṛtsnaṃ saṃśoṣayej jagat ||
ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಯೋಗಿಯ ಯೋಗಬಲವು ಉದ್ಭವಿಸಿ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾದಾಗ, ಅವನು ದೀಪ್ತ ತೇಜಸ್ಸು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಾಬಲದಿಂದ ಸಂಪನ್ನನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆಗ ಪ್ರಳಯಕಾಲದ ಸೂರ್ಯನು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜಗತ್ತನ್ನು ಒಣಗಿಸುವಂತೆ, ರಾಗಾದಿ ದೋಷಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಒಣಗಿಸಿ ನಾಶಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
