Livelihood, Virtuous Association, and Ethics of Giving
एकी भूतस्य न त्वस्य धारणे तेजस: प्रभो । समर्था सकला पृथ्वी बहुधा सृज्यतामयम्,प्रभो! आपका तेजरूप यह ज्वर जबतक एक रूपमें रहेगा, तबतक यह सारी पृथ्वी इसे धारण करनेमें समर्थ न हो सकेगी। अतः इसे अनेक रूपोंमें विभक्त कर दीजिये
ekī-bhūtasya na tv asya dhāraṇe tejasāḥ prabho | samarthā sakalā pṛthvī bahudhā sṛjyatām ayam ||
ಪ್ರಭುವೇ! ನಿನ್ನ ತೇಜಸ್ವರೂಪವಾದ ಈ ಜ್ವರವು ಏಕರೂಪವಾಗಿ ಅವಿಭಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುವವರೆಗೆ, ಸಮಸ್ತ ಭೂಮಿಯು ಅದನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಲು ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗದು; ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇದನ್ನು ಅನೇಕ ರೂಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಭಜಿಸಿ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸು।
