Transliteration

tan māṁ svayam anuprāptām abhinanda śacīpate

Translation

ಹೇ ಶಚೀಪತೇ! ನಾನು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ—ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸು; ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಸ್ವಇಚ್ಛೆಯಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಅತಿಥಿಯನ್ನು ಧರ್ಮಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸತ್ಕರಿಸಬೇಕು।
