ब्राह्मणस्य पूर्वतरा वृत्तिः — The Earlier Ideal Conduct of a Brahmana
River-of-Saṃsāra Metaphor
सर्वे धर्मपराश्चासन् सर्वे सततसत्रिण: । अन्तरिक्षचरा: सर्वे सर्वेडभिमुखयोधिन:
sarve dharmaparāś cāsan sarve satatasatriṇaḥ | antarīkṣacarāḥ sarve sarve 'bhimukhayodhinaḥ ||
ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದರು— “ಅವರೆಲ್ಲ ಧರ್ಮನಿಷ್ಠರು; ಅವರೆಲ್ಲ ನಿರಂತರ ಸತ್ರಯಜ್ಞಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರು. ಅವರೆಲ್ಲ ಅಂತರಿಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸುವವರು; ಅವರೆಲ್ಲ ಅಭಿಮುಖ ಯೋಧರು—ಕಪಟವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಎದುರುಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುವವರು.”
