सूच्या सूत्र यथा वस्त्रे संसारयति वायक: । तद्वत् संसारसूत्र हि तृष्णासूच्या निबद्धयते
sūcyā sūtraṃ yathā vastre saṃsārayati vāyakaḥ | tadvat saṃsārasūtraṃ hi tṛṣṇāsūcyā nibaddhyate ||
ನೇಯುವವನು ಸೂಜಿಯಿಂದ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೂಲನ್ನು ಹಾಯಿಸಿ ನೇಯುವಂತೆ, ತೃಷ್ಣಾರೂಪ ಸೂಜಿಯಿಂದ ಸಂಸಾರರೂಪ ಸೂತ್ರವು ಗೂಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ।
