Dana, Dharma, and the Four Āśramas
तस्मिन् वाय्वम्बुसंघर्षे दीप्ततेजा महाबल: । प्रादुरभूदूर्धशिख: कृत्वा निस्तिमिरं नभ:
tasmin vāyv-ambu-saṅgharṣe dīpta-tejā mahā-balaḥ | prādurabhūd ūrdhva-śikhaḥ kṛtvā nistimiraṃ nabhaḥ ||
ವಾಯು ಮತ್ತು ಜಲದ ಆ ಸಂಘರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಪ್ತ ತೇಜಸ್ಸುಳ್ಳ ಮಹಾಬಲಿಯಾದ ಅಗ್ನಿದೇವನು ಪ್ರಾದುರ್ಭವಿಸಿದನು; ಅವನ ಶಿಖೆಗಳು ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಏರುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಅವನು ಆಕಾಶವನ್ನು ತಿಮಿರರಹಿತವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
