Adhyāya 180: Jīva, Śarīra, and the Fire Analogy (भृगु–भरद्वाज संवादः)
भीष्म उवाच अनुयुक्त: स मेधावी लोकधर्मविधानवित् । उवाच श्लक्ष्णया वाचा प्रह्मादमनपार्थया
bhīṣma uvāca | anuyuktaḥ sa medhāvī lokadharmavidhānavit | uvāca ślakṣṇayā vācā prahrādam anapārthayā ||
ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ರಾಜನೇ! ಪ್ರಹ್ಲಾದನು ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಲೋಕಧರ್ಮದ ವಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದ ಆ ಮೇಧಾವಿ ಮುನಿಯು ಪ್ರಹ್ಲಾದನಿಗೆ ಮೃದು, ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಥಾರ್ಥ ವಚನಗಳಿಂದ ಹೀಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದನು।
