Daṇḍa as the Foundation of Social Order (दण्डप्रतिष्ठा)
सुखेन धर्म श्रीमन्तश्नरन्ति शुचिवासस: । संवर्षन्त: फलैदनिर्भुज्जनाश्षान्नमुत्तमम्
sukhena dharmaṁ śrīmantas caranti śucivāsasaḥ | saṁvarṣantaḥ phalaiḥ dhānyair bhujānāś cānnam uttamam ||
ಅರ್ಜುನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಶುದ್ಧ ವಸ್ತ್ರಧಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತರು ಸುಖದಿಂದ ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಉತ್ತಮ ಅನ್ನವನ್ನು ಭುಂಜಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಫಲ-ಧಾನ್ಯಗಳ ಮಳೆಯಂತೆ ದಾನಪ್ರವಾಹವನ್ನು ಹರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
