मेघस्वना: क्रोधमुखा: केचित् करभसंनिभा: । जिद्दानासाग्रजिद्ना श्व दूरगा दूरपातिन:
meghasvanāḥ krodhamukhāḥ kecit karabhasaṁnibhāḥ | jihvādānāsāgrajihvāś ca dūraga dūrapātinaḥ ||
ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಕೆಲವರು ಮೇಘಗರ್ಜನೆಯಂತೆ ಧ್ವನಿಸುವವರು, ಕ್ರೋಧಮುಖರು, ಒಂಟೆಯಂತ ದೇಹವಿರುವವರು; ವಕ್ರ ಜಿಹ್ವೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಕೃತ ನಾಸಾಗ್ರವಿರುವವರು. ಅವರು ಬಹುದೂರ ಓಡಬಲ್ಲರು; ಅತಿದೂರದ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನೂ ಹೊಡೆದು ಕೆಡವಬಲ್ಲರು.
