ಶೂರರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವರ್ಗದ ಅನುತ್ತಮ ದ್ವಾರವು ತ್ಯಾಗದಲ್ಲೇ—ಆತ್ಮಾರ್ಪಣದಲ್ಲಿ—ಮೂಲ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ರಾಜನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದಾಗ, ಶತ್ರುನಗರಗಳನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸುವ ಆ ಯೋಧರು ಆ ಉಪದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೃದಯಂಗಮ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು, ರಣಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯ ಹರ್ಷವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಅವನ ಶತ್ರುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದರು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ದೃಢಚಿತ್ತನಾದವನು ಯುದ್ಧದ ಮುಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಾ ಅಚಲವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಬೇಕು.
