अद्य पारं गमिष्यामि वैरस्य भृशदुर्गमम् । यह सुनकर भीमसेन बोले--मधुसूदन! आप विषाद न करें। यदुनन्दन! मैं आज वैरकी उस अन्तिम सीमापर पहुँच जाऊँगा, जहाँ जाना दूसरोंके लिये अत्यन्त कठिन है
adya pāraṁ gamiṣyāmi vairasya bhṛśa-durgamam |
ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಭೀಮಸೇನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಮಧುಸೂದನ! ನೀವು ವಿಷಾದಿಸಬೇಡಿ. ಯದುನಂದನ! ನಾನು ಇಂದು ವೈರವನ್ನೆಂಬ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ದುರ್ಗಮ ಪರತೀರವನ್ನು ದಾಟಿ, ಇತರರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಲು ಕಷ್ಟವಾದ ಆ ಅಂತಿಮ ಸೀಮೆಯನ್ನು ತಲುಪುತ್ತೇನೆ.
