Chapter 23: Śakuni Reports, Kaurava Advance, and Arjuna’s Penetration of the Host
रुधिरोक्षितसर्वाड़ा विप्रविद्धैर्नियन्तृभि: । हया: परिपतन्ति सम शतशो5थ सहसत्रश:
rudhirokṣita-sarvāṅgā vipraviddhair niyantṛbhiḥ | hayāḥ paripatanti sma śataśo 'tha sahasraśaḥ ||
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ರಕ್ತದಿಂದ ನೆನೆದ ಸರ್ವಾಂಗಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ, ತಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕರು (ಸಾರಥಿಗಳು) ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡು ಗೊಂದಲಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣ, ಕುದುರೆಗಳು ನೂರಾರು, ನಂತರ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಸಿದು ಬೀಳುತ್ತಿದವು.
