वासुदेवं च वार्ष्णेयं प्रीयमाणं किरीटिना । प्रत्युद्याहि महाबाहो पौरुषे महति स्थित:,“महाबाहो! तुम महान् पुरुषार्थमें स्थित होकर अर्जुनसे सतत प्रसन्न रहनेवाले वृष्णिवंशी, वसुदेवनन्दन श्रीकृष्णका भी सामना करो
vāsudevaṃ ca vārṣṇeyaṃ prīyamāṇaṃ kirīṭinā | pratyudyāhi mahābāho pauruṣe mahati sthitaḥ ||
ಹೇ ಮಹಾಬಾಹೋ! ಮಹತ್ತರ ಪೌರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರನಾಗಿ, ಕಿರೀಟಧಾರಿ ಅರ್ಜುನನ ಮೇಲೆ ಸದಾ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನನಾದ ವೃಷ್ಣಿವಂಶೀಯ ವಾಸುದೇವ—ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣನನ್ನೂ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗು.
