शरान्‌ नानाविधान्‌ मुक्‍्त्वा त्रासयिष्यामि शात्रवान्‌ | आकर्णममुक्तैरिषुभिययमराष्ट्रविवर्धनी:

śarān nānāvidhān muktvā trāsayiṣyāmi śātravān | ākarṇam amuktair iṣubhir yayama-rāṣṭra-vivardhanī ||

ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು— “ನಾನಾವಿಧ ಶರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿ ಶತ್ರುಸೈನ್ಯವನ್ನು ಭೀತಿಗೊಳಿಸುವೆನು. ಕಿವಿವರೆಗೆ ಎಳೆದು ಬಿಡುವ ಬಾಣಗಳಿಂದ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಹೊಡೆಯುವೆನು”— ಎಂದು ಯದುವಂಶದ ರಾಜಕನ್ಯೆ ಸತ್ಯಭಾಮೆ ಹೇಳಿದಳು; ಅವಳ ಮಾತುಗಳು ತನ್ನ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ವೃದ್ಧಿಸಿತು।
