तस्थौ सुविह्वल: संख्ये प्रहारजनितश्रम: । अथ द्रोणस्य समरे तत्कालसदृशं तदा
tasthau suvihvalaḥ saṅkhye prahārajanitaśramaḥ | atha droṇasya samare tatkālasadṛśaṃ tadā
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಸಮರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಬಹಳ ವಿಚಲಿತನಾಗಿ ನಿಂತನು; ಮರುಮರು ಪ್ರಹಾರಗಳಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾದ ದಣಿವಿನಿಂದ ಕುಗ್ಗಿದ್ದನು. ಆಗ ದ್ರೋಣನ ಆ ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಕಾಲನಂತೆ ತೋರುವ ಒಂದು ಘಟನೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿತು.
