naiva sūryaprabhā rājan na diśaḥ pradiśas tathā

Translation

ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಓ ರಾಜನ್! ಸೂರ್ಯಪ್ರಭೆಯೂ ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ; ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳೂ ಉಪದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳೂ ಹಿಂದಿನಂತೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
