कर्णनिधनश्रवणम् — Hearing of Karṇa’s Fall and Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Lament
किरातानामधिपति: सागरानूपवासिनाम् | देवराजस्य धर्मात्मा प्रियो बहुमत: सखा
kirātānām adhipatiḥ sāgarānūpavāsinām | devarājasya dharmātmā priyo bahumataḥ sakhā
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಸಮುದ್ರತೀರ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೌಗು ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಕಿರಾತರ ಅಧಿಪತಿ ಅವನು; ಧರ್ಮಾತ್ಮ, ದೇವರಾಜ ಇಂದ್ರನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಿಯ, ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಗೌರವಿತ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಪಾತ್ರ ಸಖ.
