स वै सम्पत्स्यते कर्ण सत्यमेतद्‌ ब्रवीमि ते । “कर्ण! तुम्हारे हृदयमें चिरकालसे जो अभीष्ट मनोरथ संचित है, वह निश्चय ही सफल होगा, यह मैं तुमसे सत्य कहता हूँ

Transliteration

sa vai sampatsyate karṇa satyam etad bravīmi te |

Translation

ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಓ ಕರ್ಣ, ಅದು ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ನಿನಗೆ ನಾನು ಸತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಸಂಚಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರಿಯ ಅಭೀಷ್ಟ ಮನೋರಥವು ಖಂಡಿತ ನೆರವೇರುತ್ತದೆ.
