ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೇ ಕುಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವರು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಾಮಾಚಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ವರ್ಣಸಂಕರ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಗಾಂಧಾರ, ಮದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಹೀಕ ದೇಶಗಳ ಜನರು ಅಲ್ಪವಿವೇಕಿಗಳೆಂದು ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
